CJC-1295 vs Ipamorelin
CJC-1295 vs Ipamorelin compares two peptides that are often sold together but share very little structure: CJC-1295 No DAC is a 29-residue GHRH analogue, and ipamorelin is a five-residue synthetic peptide. Both are made in the USA, and we sell each one alone and together in one blend.
Here's how they differ as molecules and as vials, including which certificates are published today. The CJC-1295 we sell is the No DAC form, also called Mod GRF 1-29. We don't carry the DAC version.

Two classes, one common pairing
CJC-1295 No DAC is a GHRH analogue. It keeps the 29-residue length of GRF (1-29), the sequence we sell on its own as sermorelin, and swaps the amino acids at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27. The DAC version adds a lysine and a linker group to the end of the chain. That's a different compound, and we don't sell it.
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. Three of its five residues are non-standard, and it isn't built on the GHRH sequence at all.
Both appear in published laboratory research on growth-hormone-axis signaling, which is why catalogs, ours included, list them side by side.
Single vials or the blend
You can order CJC-1295 No DAC and ipamorelin as single 10mg vials, or both together in our CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend, 5mg of each freeze-dried in one vial under one lot code.
Certificate status differs, so here it is plainly. The ipamorelin vial and the blend have published certificates from Accurate Test Labs, an independent lab in Fort Lauderdale. Each one confirms identity and reports HPLC purity of at least 99%. The single CJC-1295 No DAC certificate isn't published yet, so we don't quote a purity figure for it. When it's released, it goes on our lab reports page under the lot code on the vial.
CJC-1295 vs Ipamorelin: questions we get
Is CJC-1295 the same as ipamorelin?
No. CJC-1295 No DAC is a 29-amino-acid GHRH analogue. Ipamorelin is a five-residue synthetic peptide. They differ in length, origin and structure, and we sell each one as its own vial.
Do you sell a CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend?
Yes. Our CJC-1295 Ipamorelin vial holds 5mg of CJC-1295 No DAC and 5mg of ipamorelin, freeze-dried together. It has a published certificate that names both peptides. It sits with our other multi-peptide vials on the peptide blends page.
Should I buy the blend or the two single vials?
That depends on what your work specifies, and it's not something we advise on. We don't give use guidance for any product. The facts that matter are the listed contents: the blend is a fixed 5mg and 5mg in one vial, and each single vial holds 10mg of one peptide.
Is your CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC?
Without. We sell CJC-1295 No DAC only, also known as Mod GRF 1-29, both as a single vial and inside the blend. The DAC version is a different molecule.
Is ipamorelin a GHRH analogue like CJC-1295?
No. CJC-1295 No DAC, sermorelin and tesamorelin are all built on the GHRH sequence. Ipamorelin isn't. It's a short synthetic peptide from a separate class, with three residues that aren't standard amino acids.
How should I store CJC-1295 and ipamorelin?
All three vials store the same way: sealed, frozen at −20°C (−4°F) and away from light. The freeze-dried powder holds for 24+ months like that. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw.
