1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrueBond Labs website and your purchase of any products from TrueBond Labs (“TrueBond,” “we,” “us”). By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Research Use Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
Our products are available only to buyers who are at least 21 years of age, who purchase for qualified research purposes only, and who are located in the United States. We do not sell to consumers, do not sell products for personal use of any kind, and do not ship internationally. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may request verification of eligibility and may refuse or cancel any order that does not, in our judgment, satisfy these criteria.
3. Products & Research-Use Restriction
All products sold on this site are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not approved by the FDA for any use. The full restrictions, buyer affirmations, safety obligations, and prohibited uses are set out in our Research Use Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms and applies to every order.
4. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; all orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion, and we may decline or cancel any order — including after confirmation — for reasons such as suspected ineligibility, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment processor; TrueBond Labs does not collect or store your full payment card details. Orders may be subject to fraud screening, and we may request additional verification before fulfillment. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in carrier tracking are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and TrueBond Labs is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Optional shipment protection may be offered at checkout; if purchased, it covers loss, theft, or damage in transit under the terms presented at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.
6. Returns
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full money-back refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of research materials. 7. Discount Codes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time without notice, including for suspected abuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — is owned by TrueBond Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, age, or research qualifications; use the site or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Research Use Disclaimer; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site; interfere with the site's operation or security; or attempt to circumvent order limits, fraud screening, or discount restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access and cancel orders in response to prohibited conduct.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except for the specific quality guarantees we expressly state (such as published certificates of analysis and our money-back guarantee), all products are provided “as is” for research use only, without any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueBond Labs' total liability arising out of or relating to any order or product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueBond Labs and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms or the Research Use Disclaimer, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's state of organization, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
