This Privacy Policy explains how TrueBond Labs (“TrueBond,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or place an order. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run the store, and we never sell your information.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or interact with our site, we collect contact and shipping details (name, email address, phone number, and shipping address), your order history with us, your email address for marketing if you opt in to our mailing list, and analytics data about how the site is used (such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address), but only if you allow analytics cookies; see Cookies & Analytics below.

What We Do Not Collect

We never see or store your full payment card numbers. All payment information is entered directly with, and handled entirely by, our third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with limited details (such as card brand and last four digits) needed for order management and refunds.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to fulfill and ship your orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices), send marketing emails if you have subscribed (every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link), prevent fraud and screen suspicious orders, and comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the store: our payment processor (to process transactions), shipping carriers (to deliver your orders), our email and CRM platform (to send transactional and marketing messages), and analytics providers (to understand site usage). Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its service. We never sell your personal information and never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies & Analytics

We keep the list short enough to publish in full. Essential cookies: tb_age_ok records that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and tb_analytics records the analytics choice you made on that same screen, both for 12 months. Your shopping cart is not a cookie at all; it is kept in your browser’s local storage. Referral cookie: tb_ref is set for 30 days only if you arrive on a partner link (a ?ref= URL), so the referring partner is credited for the visit.

Analytics cookies are opt-in. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count page views and traffic sources in aggregate. GA4 is disabled by default via Google Consent Mode and stays disabled unless you affirmatively allow it on the age-confirmation screen. Declining keeps GA4 switched off in your browser and clears any analytics cookies it had already set. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, which clears both cookies above and asks again. You may also block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising measurement. We use Tracklution, a server-side tracking service, to measure how our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) performs. It records page views, products viewed, items added to cart, checkouts started and completed orders, and forwards them to Meta. When you check out, the contact details you enter (email, name, phone) and, for completed orders, the order number, total and shipping address are shared with Tracklution and Meta so an order can be matched to the ad that led to it. The tracking in your browser does not run on account pages, and it is switched off if you decline analytics or choose so later under Cookie preferences in the site footer. Completed orders are reported from our own servers for every purchase, including when you have declined analytics: the order number, total and the contact and shipping details on the order are always shared with Tracklution and Meta for advertising measurement.

Age-confirmation record. When you confirm you are 21 or older we keep an anonymous record of that confirmation: a random ID generated in your browser and a timestamp. It contains no name, no email, no account details, and your IP address is not stored with it. These records are deleted after 12 months.

Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor our 60-day return policy, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@truebondlabs.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to information we are legally required to retain.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS across the entire site) and access controls that limit information to personnel who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 21 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
