FTC disclosure required
Every promotional post must carry a clear, conspicuous material-connection disclosure. A simple “I earn a commission from this link” is enough. Hiding it is grounds for removal.
Research-use-only framing
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro and qualified laboratory research. Promotional content must keep that framing and never imply personal or human use.
Zero health claims
No health, outcome, or dosage claims, ever, in any format. Partners who make them are removed immediately. This is the line that protects everyone.

Common questions
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, with a $50 minimum balance to trigger a payout. Anything below rolls to the next month. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal of attributed orders after discounts, excluding shipping, shipping protection, and taxes. Standard commission is 20% on a referred customer's first order and 10% on later orders placed with your code. The audience discount on a new code starts at 10%. Your dashboard shows the rates on your account.
When do commissions accrue?
Commission is earned when an order attributed to you is paid. On a customer's first order, your link or your code can credit you. On a later order, only your code does. It is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, shipping protection, and taxes. No hold period is set. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks reduce it. Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, and self-referred orders, and replacement shipments, do not earn commission. Your dashboard shows earned commission, payouts we have recorded, and your balance. We confirm the balance before money is sent.
How does tracking work?
Your referral link sets a 30-day last-click cookie, so you're credited even if the visitor comes back weeks later. Your code also works on its own. If someone enters it at checkout without ever clicking your link, the referral still credits to you. If an order has both, the code entered at checkout takes priority over a link cookie.
Who gets approved?
Publishers with a real audience and content that fits research-use-only framing: newsletters, YouTube channels, podcasts, X accounts, communities, and coupon or deal sites. We review every application by hand, and audience size matters less than fit and honesty. A coupon or deal site may post only its own partner code, and no other TrueBond code. It may not call that code exclusive, invent an expiry date, or make any other false claim. We decline applicants whose content makes health, outcome, or dosage claims or implies human use, and anyone who bids on our brand terms. Every partner, including coupon and deal sites, must carry a clear FTC disclosure on every post that uses their code or link.
Can I say the products helped with a health goal?
No, and this protects you as much as us. All TrueBond products are research-use-only. Promotional content must never make health, outcome, or dosage claims, or imply human use. Partners get straightforward compliant framing guidance on approval.
