Weekday orders placed before 2PM ET leave our Fort Lauderdale warehouse the same day by UPS. You get a tracking number, so you're never guessing where the box is. We ship to US addresses only.
Shipping protection at checkout
Add shipping protection when you check out and we'll reship your order free if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It's optional. It's there for anyone who would rather not deal with a missing package on their own.
Replacements within 7 days
If a vial arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it. Email or call with your order number, and check each vial against your order when the box arrives so nothing slips past that window.

Before you pay
Read the certificate first. Our lab reports page lists every published lot by code, so you can see HPLC purity and identity for products like BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin and NAD+ before anything goes in your cart. If a product's lot isn't listed yet, we don't quote a purity figure for it, and you can ask us where it stands.
Then pick your format. Most products are single 10mg vials, while blends like CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin put two or more peptides in one vial. You can mix singles and blends in the same order. Our peptides for sale page shows the whole catalog by research area.
When the box arrives
Put the sealed vials in a −20°C (−4°F) freezer and note each lot code. Stored that way, they keep for 24 months or more. Matching a vial to its certificate takes three steps, laid out on our third-party tested peptides page. If something doesn't match, call or email us right away.

No. Guest checkout is open to everyone 21 and over. A free research account is optional, and it adds a one-time discount on your first order. Either way, everything we sell is for laboratory research use only.
Do peptides ship on weekends?
You can order any day, but boxes leave our warehouse on weekdays. An order placed after 2PM ET, on a weekend or on a holiday goes out the next business day by UPS, with tracking. Our shipping page has the details.
Do you ship peptides outside the US?
No. We ship to US addresses only, by UPS with tracking, from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Please only place an order if you have a US delivery address.
Can I track my peptide order?
Yes. Every order ships by UPS with tracking, and the tracking number comes to you once your order ships. If tracking stalls, or shows delivered and you can't find the box, call or email us. With shipping protection on the order, a lost or stolen package is reshipped free.
How do I know the peptides I buy online are real?
Check the lot code. Each vial carries one, and for every published lot, the certificate from an independent US lab sits under that code. The certificates for MOTS-c, the BPC-157 / TB-500 blend and our other published lots each link to the lab's own record, so you can confirm the document at the source.
