This disclaimer governs every product sold by TrueBond Labs (“TrueBond,” “we,” “us”). Please read it carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of this notice, do not purchase or use our products.

Research Purpose Only

All products offered by TrueBond Labs are sold exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research use. They are supplied as raw research chemicals for qualified scientific investigation and for no other purpose. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption in any form, are not intended for any therapeutic or diagnostic use, and must never be self-administered, injected, ingested, inhaled, or applied to the body of any person or animal. Nothing on this website — including product names, descriptions, certificates of analysis, or third-party content — should be interpreted as a recommendation, instruction, or encouragement to use any product in or on a living organism.

FDA & Regulatory Status

Products sold by TrueBond Labs have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency for any use. They have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Buyer Qualifications

By purchasing from TrueBond Labs, the buyer affirms and represents that they are a qualified researcher or research professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or organization engaged in legitimate scientific research; that they are at least 21 years of age; that all products will be handled only by trained personnel in a controlled laboratory setting appropriate for research chemicals; and that their purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to require evidence of research qualifications and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Safety & Handling

Research chemicals must be handled only by individuals trained in laboratory safety procedures. Buyers are responsible for using appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection, lab attire), storing products under proper conditions as indicated on product labeling, consulting the relevant safety data sheet (SDS) and published literature before handling any compound, and disposing of all materials in accordance with applicable environmental and waste-disposal regulations. If you are unsure how to safely handle a compound, do not purchase it.

Limitation of Liability

The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products after delivery. TrueBond Labs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from misuse of products, improper handling or storage, the outcomes of any research conducted with products, or the buyer's failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any use of our products contrary to this disclaimer is undertaken entirely at the buyer's own risk and voids any warranty or guarantee otherwise offered.

Agreement
