Every order ships via UPS with live tracking. Weekday orders before 2PM ET leave our facility the same day.
UPS shipping speeds
Delivery within three business days of shipment.
Delivery within two business days of shipment.
Delivery the next business day after shipment.
Orders placed on weekdays before 2PM ET are fulfilled and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Shipping cost is calculated in real time from UPS based on your address and the speed you select — no flat-fee padding. Orders of $250 or more (after discounts) qualify for free 3 Day Select.
You'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number the moment your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.
An optional add-on at checkout that covers your order against loss in transit — if UPS loses your package, we reship it at no cost. Shipment Protection is free on orders of $250 or more.
Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and remote destinations can occasionally extend transit times beyond the stated window.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and orders with non-U.S. addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
