60 days, money back, no hassle
Return any unopened item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened vials cannot be restocked and are not eligible for return, except when they arrive damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
How to start a return

Send a message to support@truebondlabs.com with your order number in the subject line.
- 2Explain the reason
Tell us why you're returning the item. If anything arrived damaged, attach photos of the package and contents.
- 3Get eligibility confirmation
We'll confirm your return qualifies and reply with the return address and instructions — usually within one business day.
- 4Ship it back
Send the unopened items back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
- 5Receive your refund
Once the return arrives, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes a few business days.
