KLOW vs GLOW
KLOW vs GLOW comes down to one peptide: both blends hold BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500, and KLOW adds KPV as a fourth. Both are made in the USA, freeze-dried as a single fill, and each has a published certificate from an independent US lab.
Below, the two vials side by side: how each one's contents are listed, what each certificate lists and how to check the vial you hold. Every multi-peptide vial we carry is on our peptide blends page.

What sets the two vials apart
The fourth peptide in KLOW is KPV, a tripeptide of lysine, proline and valine. It's the last three amino acids of alpha-MSH, and it appears in published research on melanocortin receptor biology.
The other three are shared. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-histidyl-lysine). BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide drawn from a sequence in a gastric protein. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein.
One thing not to assume: KLOW is listed only by its 80mg total, so don't read GLOW's 10/50/10mg split into it. If you only need two of these peptides, the Wolverine blend pairs BPC-157 with TB-500.
How to check your vial's certificate
Our published lots of both blends were tested by Accurate Test Labs in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a lab separate from TrueBond. Each certificate lists every peptide in the blend, with one identity finding and an HPLC purity figure of at least 99% for the lot.
- Note the lot code on your KLOW or GLOW label.
- Look that code up on our lab reports page.
- Open the PDF and check that it lists every peptide in your blend: four for KLOW, three for GLOW.
- Note the one purity figure reported for the whole blend.
KLOW vs GLOW: questions we get
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
KPV. GLOW holds BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500. KLOW holds those three plus KPV, a tripeptide of lysine, proline and valine. Both come as freeze-dried powder in a sealed 3 mL vial, each with its own lot code.
Is KLOW just GLOW with KPV added?
It has the same three peptides plus KPV, yes. But KLOW is labeled by its 80mg combined total, with no amount listed per peptide, so don't assume GLOW's 10/50/10mg split. They're separate products with separate certificates.
Which one should I order, KLOW or GLOW?
We leave that to you. We don't advise on use, and we don't rank one blend above another. The practical difference is in the listed contents: GLOW gives each peptide's amount, while KLOW gives one total and includes KPV. Pick the vial whose contents match what your work specifies.
Do both blends have a published certificate?
Yes. Each has a certificate from an independent US lab that lists every peptide in the blend, with one identity finding and one HPLC purity figure for the lot. Read them on our lab reports page.
Why does the certificate say thymosin beta 4 instead of TB-500?
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein, and the lab lists it under the thymosin beta 4 name. You'll see the same entry on both the KLOW and the GLOW certificate.
Who can buy KLOW and GLOW?
Both are sold for laboratory research use only, to buyers 21 and over, and shipped to US addresses only. They are not for human or animal use.
