Peptide vs blend

GHK-Cu vs GLOW

GHK-Cu vs GLOW is a single peptide against a blend that contains it: our GHK-Cu vial is 100mg of copper peptide alone, and GLOW pairs 50mg of GHK-Cu with 10mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500. Both are made in the USA, with published certificates from an independent US lab.

Below are the two side by side, plus where KLOW fits in, since it holds all three GLOW peptides and adds KPV.

What GHK-Cu is, alone and in GLOW

GHK-Cu is a tripeptide, glycyl-histidyl-lysine, bound to a copper(II) ion, which is why it's widely called copper peptide. It occurs naturally, was first isolated from plasma and appears in published laboratory research on copper-binding peptide chemistry. Ours is synthesized.

In GLOW, GHK-Cu is the largest component, 50mg of the 70mg in the vial. The other two are BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, and TB-500, a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4. GLOW is the name the blend is widely known by.

Reading the GHK-Cu and GLOW certificates

Accurate Test Labs, an independent lab in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, tested our published lot of each. The GHK-Cu certificate covers one compound. The GLOW certificate lists all three peptides, with one identity finding and one HPLC purity figure for the lot. Both report purity of at least 99%.

  1. Look up the lot code from your GHK-Cu or GLOW label on our lab reports page.
  2. Confirm the product name and size on the certificate match your vial, and note the test date printed on it.

GHK-Cu vs GLOW: questions we get

Is GHK-Cu the same as GLOW?

No. GHK-Cu is one peptide. GLOW is a blend of three: BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500. GHK-Cu is part of GLOW, the biggest part by amount, but a GLOW vial also contains two other peptides.

How much GHK-Cu is in GLOW?

50mg per vial, alongside 10mg of BPC-157 and 10mg of TB-500. Our standalone GHK-Cu vial holds 100mg of GHK-Cu, twice the amount in a GLOW vial, with nothing else in it.

Which should I buy, GHK-Cu or GLOW?

We don't advise on use, so we can't recommend one for your work. What we can tell you is what's inside: GHK-Cu alone at 100mg, or GHK-Cu at 50mg with BPC-157 and TB-500 at 10mg each. Choose the vial whose listed contents match what your work calls for.

Do you sell GHK-Cu in other blends?

Yes. KLOW holds GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one 80mg vial, labeled by its combined total. If you want BPC-157 and TB-500 without GHK-Cu, that's the Wolverine blend. All of them are on our peptide blends page.

Are GHK-Cu and GLOW third-party tested?

Yes. Both have certificates from an independent US lab confirming identity and reporting HPLC purity of at least 99%. Find the lot code on your vial and look it up on our lab reports page.

How should I store GHK-Cu and GLOW?

Both the same way: the sealed vial goes in a freezer at −20°C (−4°F), away from light. Lyophilized powder kept like that holds for 24+ months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw.
