Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in the affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by TrueBond Labs (“TrueBond,” “we,” “us”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Program Terms, together with our Terms & Conditions, Research Use Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not apply to or participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
The Program is open to publishers who are at least 21 years of age and who operate a genuine content channel — such as an email newsletter, YouTube channel, podcast, X account, blog, or online community — with a real audience. Applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application without stating a reason. Approval assigns you a unique referral code and referral link; both remain our property and may be reassigned or retired if your participation ends. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard access credentials confidential. We may request additional information about your channels at any time, and enrollment obtained through misrepresentation is void.
2. Commission Structure & Attribution
Affiliates earn a commission of 15% of the attributed product subtotal on qualifying orders. The commissionable subtotal excludes shipping charges, Shipping Protection, taxes, and any other fees, and is calculated after discounts (including your own referral discount) are applied. A checkout is attributed to you when either: (a) the customer arrives through your referral link, which sets a 30-day last-click cookie; or (b) the customer enters your referral code at checkout. Where multiple affiliate touches exist, the last touch wins. Attribution is determined by our tracking systems, whose records are final. We may adjust or reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred orders.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a $50 minimum balance; balances below the minimum roll forward to the following month. Commissions accrue against attributed checkouts and become payable only on real, completed, non-refunded orders. During the pre-launch period, dashboard figures are honest estimates of accrued amounts and convert to payable commissions once live order processing is operating. Payment method and any required tax documentation (such as a Form W-9 for U.S. affiliates) will be collected before the first payout, and we may withhold payment until valid documentation is received. You are solely responsible for taxes on your commissions.
4. Required FTC Compliance
You must comply with the U.S. FTC's endorsement guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and all applicable advertising laws. Specifically, every promotional post, video, email, or other communication that contains your referral link or code must carry a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your material connection to TrueBond — for example, “I earn a commission from purchases made through this link.” The disclosure must be unavoidable: placed before or immediately adjacent to the promotional content, not buried behind a “more” link, in a bio alone, or in a wall of hashtags. Failure to disclose is a material breach of these Program Terms and grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
All TrueBond products are research chemicals sold exclusively for in-vitro and qualified laboratory research, and your promotional content must preserve that framing. You must not, in any medium:
- Make any health, outcome, benefit, or dosage claims about any product, or state or imply that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
- State or imply that any product is intended for, suitable for, or has been used for human or animal consumption, including personal anecdotes, “protocols,” or before/after framing;
- Bid on, register, or purchase advertising against “TrueBond,” “TrueBond Labs,” or confusingly similar brand terms, domains, or social handles;
- Distribute your link or code via spam — unsolicited bulk email or messages, comment spam, or automated posting;
- Post your code to coupon aggregator or deal sites, or use your own code or link for self-referral on your own or affiliated purchases;
- Misrepresent your relationship with TrueBond (for example, presenting yourself as an employee or official representative), alter our trademarks or product imagery to change their meaning, or make any representation about products beyond what is published on this site.
We may require modification or removal of any promotional content at any time, and you agree to comply within 48 hours of notice.
6. Termination
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient). On termination, you must promptly stop using your referral link, code, and any TrueBond marks. If we terminate for your breach of these Program Terms — including any violation of Sections 4 or 5 — accrued but unpaid commissions are forfeited. If participation ends for any other reason, validly accrued commissions that meet the payment conditions in Section 3 will be paid in the normal monthly cycle. We may also suspend your account and withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud or abuse.
7. Modification
We may modify these Program Terms — including commission rates, discount levels, attribution rules, and payment terms — at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced by email to active affiliates. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted; they do not reduce commissions already validly accrued. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Program Terms.
8. Relationship, Liability & Contact
You participate as an independent contractor; nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You agree to indemnify TrueBond against claims arising from your promotional content or your breach of these Program Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under the Program shall not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the six months preceding the claim.
